The Swamp

Ok I need to finish our trip to Louisiana! While we were there we took the kids on a swamp tour. Thankfully it was not that hot but the kids had to wear life jackets (and Jack's was a little big) making it a little hot for them and uncomfortable. But they loved seeing all the alligators and going really really fast in the boat. Jack had a semi-meltdown half way through due to no nap and being uncomfortable but thankfully a sweet lady gave him a blow pop and that solved the problem! Kept him quiet the rest of the ride! I need to remember this trick and buy me some blow pops to stick in my purse!
