Henry's

While we were in Knoxville for the 4th we went to Henry's at Waterside. Henry's is owned by Chris and Betty. Chris and Betty have been dear friends (really they are family) for a long time. Betty was my mom's business partner (or partner in crime might be a better choice of words!) for years in the catering business. Now she has two deli's and the catering business. We went and had breakfast with them at their Waterside location one day. It was delicious! If you live in Knoxville and haven't been to Henry's then I recommend you go! Tell Betty or Austin (her son) that I sent you!
