What a Doll!

This dress sure was pretty but it wasn't much fun to wear. I took Bailey into big church with me and sat her on the pew but the dress was so slick she kept sliding off the pew!

Go Vols!

Today Bailey and I watched the TN game with some friends. They won thank goodness! Aunt Kim got Bailey a new outfit to wear for the day. Bailey loved it of course. It was her favorite color - orange!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with my family and Billy's family. Bailey tried to eat turkey and rice but she didn't like it too much. It's from Gerber and she hasn't liked much they fix anyway. But she did love mashed potatoes. Guess I'll have to start fixing those. Bailey is missing her daddy. We missed him today!

For those of you in Turkey who miss watching the Macy's Thanksgiving parade here is the very end of it!

Happy Anniversary, Baby!

It's hard to believe it's been three years since we got married! The Lord gave me a wonderful blessing in you. I am so thankful for the loving, generous, smart, really cute, funny, passionate man you are. I know that everyone will read this but that's ok. I want everyone to know how wonderful you truly are. I miss you today and will be thinking of you all day. I miss you and can't wait to see you in a week. I guess I said I missed you a couple of times, did I mention I miss you?! I hope you have a wonderful day. I loved the candles you sent me. They were perfect!

Chicken and Dumplings...mmmmm..good!

Well after a long day of shopping we went over to KeKe's for our favorite chicken and dumplings. She makes them the best! In fact Bailey decided she loved them and wanted more! So I guess I'll be making more chicken and dumplings when I get home. Good thing I learned how to make them!

She couldn't get her mouth opened fast enough and if you know Bailey the only thing she opens her mouth for is yogurt!

A busy day

Well yesterday we ate lunch at Henry's. This is my mom's former business partners new deli and bakery along with the catering that she does as well. Anyway it's a great little place in our neighborhood to eat. After that we went to Kohls's to shop and then we went and had some holiday pictures taken with all the grandkids. And that place was crazy! We are having a great time. Bailey is loving being with her family! Tomorrow we are heading to Pigeon Forge to do more shopping at the outlet malls!

Sunday going to church

Today we went to church with both sets of grandparents. Bailey got upset and had to be taken out. I'm not sure what her problem was but when the pacifier can't solve it then you know it's bad. Here's a few pictures from the day.

What a Day!

Well we made it to Knoxville after a very very very long day and night. We were on the plane in Istanbul when it started raining. Well this caused the south runway to close so they opened up the north runway but we were over the weight limit to go on it so we had to unload some cargo. Well needless to say we didn't leave Istanbul til about 1pm or so! This put us in late to JFK so I wasn't sure we would make our connection but our flight to Cincinnati was delayed so we made it to the plane as they were boarding so we barely made it! And by this time it was 6:45 and we were suppose to have landed at 4pm. Anyway we made it to Cincinnati but missed our flight to Knoxville so we had to spend the night in Cincinnati or actually Kentucky. But on Tuesday morning we got up and caught a plane to Knoxville! So we made it. Bailey did great on the flights except for the one to Cincinnati. She got a little upset when the stewardess woke her up but she quickly went back to sleep. Thanks for praying. We are already having a good time! The picture at the top was my blessings for the day! I got to fly over the hills of Tennessee! Beautiful!

Right before this both girls were saying "dadadada" at the same time. One would say it then the other. It was funny but when the camera came out Bailey got camera shy but Adeline continued to put on a show! They were so funny!

8 months old

Bailey is 8 months old! I took her to the doctor yesterday and she weighs 19 1/2lbs. and is 28 inches long. She doesn't have to go back until she turns one. Yea!
