10 months old

Jack is 10 months old today! Hard to believe we will be celebrating his first birthday in two months! As from the 9 month old post you know that he does not crawl. When you put him in the crawl position this is what he does:

normally he will fuss a little more and stay on his knees before rolling over. He doesn't crawl but he is a good scooter! Maybe I'll get a video of that soon!

Just give me some shoes!

Often time when Jesse is ready to go outside to play he doesn't care what shoes he puts on as you can see below. On this day he picked his winter boots to put on to go outside. I've blogged before that he often puts on two different pairs to go outside in. Marching to his own beat! You can tell he's a boy because Bailey would never do that because they don't match each other or her outfit she would say. That's my girl!

Ride'm Cowboy!

When we went to Fort Worth we brought the kids back cowboy hats. They loved them. Bailey's was pink but I don't have a picture of it. And Jack's was too small for him. But they loved pretending to be the cowboy and daddy the horse!

Jack 9 months

Hard to believe but Jack is 9 months old now. This actually happened a few weeks ago but like I said my camera wasn't cooperating. At his 9 month check-up he weighed 18 lbs. 12 oz. and I don't remember his length and I'm too lazy to go look for it. Anyway the doctor said he was good! He is the smallest of our three at this point. So he seems to be the runt. Things Jack is doing: clapping, laughing (mostly at his sister), scooting around on his bottom, eating some table food, screaming (he is such a screamer, I mean the kind that is so high pitched it will almost make you deaf! no exaggeration), going to a sitting position from laying down. Things he is not doing: crawling (remember he scoots), walking (if he takes after his brother he won't do this for a while.) He is such a joy. His little smile and those baby blue eyes will melt your heart!

Sorry, I'm back

Sorry I've haven't blogged in a few weeks. Some due to laziness and the other due to my camera was acting up. It's working now so hopefully it's ok. Ok so here we go!
