July 4th and Good-bye

We had a great time yesterday celebrating our independence! As has become our tradition here we went to Polonezkoy "Country Club" and enjoyed the pool, hamburgers and even the Turkish hotdogs! Bailey loves the water even though she wanted to be independant sometimes and got going a little fast in the baby pool and went under a time or two. She cried for a second but quickly moved on. We also had some of our best friends leave for the states - Jeff, Andrea and Adeline. We are going to miss them.

Bailey is trying to give Adeline some lovin' but she's not interested this time but they did give lots of hugs and kisses this day we just didn't get them on camera!

Rebecca said...: While it's great to eat pork on demand here, one of my best 4th of July memories is definitely going to Poloneskoy to swim, hang out, eat that giant pig, swim some more, play softball (I still brag about catching a flyball playing pitcher!) and being some of my favorite people on earth!
