Bailey and Jesse love to be near Jack. They did ok for a few minutes laying with him until Jesse kicked him in the head! Then the fun was over. Poor Jack with these two around he never has a moments peace.

Gingerbread Train

Tonight we made a ginger bread train. We picked a train this year because Jesse is really into trains especially Thomas the Train. We had a great time decorating the train. I don't think we would win any contests with it but we had fun. We had a few insights into our children's personality tonight - Jesse put all the white candy on then he put on all the green candy. Bailey put on all the purple candy (just because that's her favorite color) but after that everything was just random. But then she quickly pointed out to Jesse that he wasn't doing it right! I think she wanted it to look like the picture and I a sure you it looked nothing like the picture! This was our second time to do a gingerbread something so I guess it's starting to become a tradition! Merry Christmas!

5 weeks

Today Jack is 5 weeks old. We took him to the doctor on Friday and he weighs 9lbs . 6oz. and is 20 3/4 in long. He isn't doing as well at night as we was few weeks ago. A few weeks ago he was waking up only once a night going 4-5 hours between feedings. This past week he is waking up two times during the night which makes for a very tired momma. I know it won't last forever so hopefully I can make it a couple more months of it. Bailey and Jesse continue to love on their little brother.

Happy Anniversary!

Yesterday Billy and I were blessed to celebrate 6 wonderful years of marriage! We celebrated by going to a movie, "The Blind Side" and then we went to Outback to eat. We weren't alone though, we had Jack to keep us company! These are the days of our lives right now! We wouldn't trade them for anything. We are thankful for each other and for our precious children.

Jesse singing "Jesus Loves Me" this is the only phrase of the song he sings. Sometimes at bedtime he sings this over and over while we sing the whole song! So cute!
