Going to see Dolly

While on our trip to Tennessee this past weekend we decided to go Dollywood. It was a little cold but the kids always love it. This was the first time we've went around Christmas so we got to see all the lights.

Bailey "driving" the car. She kept saying, "I have to keep my eyes on the road!" too funny!

Cora's Birthday

This past weekend we got to celebrate with my niece, Cora, on her 12th birthday. She wanted to go to Wasabi's for her birthday dinner. It is a fun place to go with the kids even though my kids didn't eat a thing. I knew they wouldn't. The big flame the chef does really scared Jesse almost to the point of tears. He stuck real close to granddad after that! Anyway, we had a great time wtih Cora. We are so thankful for her!

Pizza Pizza!

Jack will eat just about anything most days and one of those things is pizza! He uses his four little teeth and takes a big bite! He ate a whole piece by himself! And it wasn't one of those little bitty pieces this was a piece from a large pizza so it was a good size and he ate it all by himself crust and all!

Halloween Eve

Our subdivision did trick or treating on Saturday which was fine because our kids don't know the difference yet. They just wanted candy and the sooner the better for them. I walked around with the kids while Billy and my mom gave candy out at the house. Jesse kept saying he was hot and kept asking if we were going home. And Bailey always wanted to ring the door bell or as my kids say the "ring bell." They say a lot of weird things like "pop the horn" instead of "blow the horn." Anyway, back to trick or treating. Bailey was Minnie Mouse, Jesse was Thomas the Train and Jack was a puppy dog. He didn't like getting in his costume but he got used to it. We had a great night. I think Jesse ate half his candy when he got home. He would open it up and if it was chocolate he would eat it and then if it was some kind of hard candy he would taste and if he didn't like it he would give it to Nany, my mom. Bailey just mainly ate the chocolate too. And so did momma. :)

Boots, Boots, Boots!

A few weeks ago, Jesse got some rain boots. He LOVES them! When he first got them that's all he wanted to wear. So I let him to avoid WWIII. He went to church one Wednesday night with them on and when Billy saw him he said, "you let him wear those to church?" I thought it was funny. He looks so cute in them.
